HAPPY 2009~!!!

my first 2009 blog entry!! =)

2008 gone.....
1 year older.....
start to earn $$$ le..........

was so busy since last christmas... ii dunt know with what though...
at least, finally today ii have time to sit down and blog what ii intended to blog ytd...

ytd was busy... busy posting ads for patrick and myself... busy with customers & part timers... busy helping my boy find the cheapest car rental... busy, Busy, BUSY!!
at least at office not so busy cos jex was busy with people keep visiting him in his room so not good fer me to enter and take stuff etc.. eric wasnt in office till 6pm.. so ii did eric's stuff ytd..

received my 1st lfi cheque for november.. a shocking 3 digits.. more than what henri and me expected..
didnt do much... (its stated thr..) ii think most of the credits goes to my web and ande.. its a waste she stopped.. otherwise her earnings will be more than mine.. well anyway... move on... lols!

i believe this yr my income will growww... patrick proposed to me a job 2 days ago... besides helping him post ads... he ask if i will consider doing property with him... to help him source for tenants/owners or agents and coordinate appts for him to go down & view the hse with the tenants.. a part of his comm will be paid to me.. xD
job not confirmed though cos he needs to discuss this with me over the phone.. maybe to test my phone skills? -sigh-

at last, my boy's intending to quit his job after taking bonus.. so good right? ii'm so happy if he quits his no future job.. although earn alot compared to retail/admin and get to know big customers, but ii hate to see him drink.. drinking is bad fer health.... =(
so if he quits..... its a yeah fer me... =)

okies.. so this month is also another busy month fer me........
besides working, ii need to do spring cleaning while baby paints my room...
shop fer bed covers and shelves... shop for ande's 21st bday present.... go down to eunos to rent the car fer cny... and we only have 2 weekends left... so kinda rush..... just hope that everything goes smoothly... =)


this year - 2009,
ii hope.....

1. to have a blissful valentine's day i will never forget =)
2. to expand my social network =)
3. to earn a 5 digit by the end of this year.. (seems impossible but if ii dunt hit, at least ii still have a big 4 digit right?) xP
4. learn investment & financial planning..
5. start investing and work towards my financial as planned..
6. get a class 3 licence and maybe a class 2 licence too.. ^^
7. to continue being love by my boy

these will be it ii think...... for the time being.. hahas!
